My son and I received fantastic care today! The staff were so friendly, it almost felt like family. :) The check in and check out process was so convenient and easy. The staff explained everything in detail so I could understand it, which is especially helpful when it comes to billing and insurance questions. Dr Gardner was very professional and made sure to explain exactly what she was seeing when she examined us. Thanks for taking such good care of us. :)
Let me start with how much I dislike going to the dentist, a lot. It’s been nearly 5 years. That said, the staff at Aspen were very friendly and informative. Cassandra, Melissa, and Dr. Gardener put me at ease. Their professionalism and punctuality shows when they walk in the room. As someone who has treated many patients, I was impressed with how well they worked together, assessed and treated me, and informed me of their findings. I highly recommend this place.
Everybody was great from the time I entered the dental office until I left. They made me feel valued, relaxed (as much as you can be at a dental office), and they were very accommodating with my work schedule.
