I've been working with Chuck H. for a few months now and he's been great with RFQ's. The Big C team at the Village of Eau Claire got me set up with Chris R. at corporate to establish my first AR account and the process was fairly simple. Our experience doing business with Big C Lumber Company in Eau Claire has been great.

I don't know very much about wood, but we had 4-5 home renovation projects that required a lot of it. They were very helpful in making sure I got the right wood for each project, and have free delivery which saved me a couple bucks. I really appreciate them being patient with me and walking me through the different products.

Great service as far as unloading a truck. They have one spot to park overnight, maybe 2 but they need room for their own trucks to load when they open at 7am. I opted to stay at the rest area on 69 and show up at 7:30. They got me right in, unloaded the trailer and i was on my way. Easy pz
