The Big C team at the Village of Eau Claire got me set up with Chris R. at corporate to establish my first AR account and the process was fairly simple. I don't know very much about wood, but we had 4-5 home renovation projects that required a lot of it. They were very helpful in making sure I got the right wood for each project, and have free delivery which saved me a couple bucks. I really appreciate them being patient with me and walking me through the different products.
Great service as far as unloading a truck. They have one spot to park overnight, maybe 2 but they need room for their own trucks to load when they open at 7am. I opted to stay at the rest area on 69 and show up at 7:30. They got me right in, unloaded the trailer and i was on my way. Easy pz
