After an extended period of repeated attempts to resolve a erroneous calculation my 2023 Federal return Jacob was able to reach the IRS and resolve the refund that the IRS had refused to address, which did allow myself a refund (8/25/2026)the government department had held!
I am very pleased with Jacob’s services and attention to detail and his willingness to keep me updated and advised of the issues he was dealing with.
The office staff has also been great to work with and equally helpful in assisting in this lengthy resolution.
Thank you all very much.
Vanator and Associates treat their customers like part of their family, greeting them with warm welcomes, from both the associates and the pups. I actually look forward to getting my taxes done because I get to catch up with everyone there. They are trustworthy and are always looking for your best interest. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.
