The staff works with insurance and is very patient, taking their time to help clients try on new frames they may love.
Had a appointment here today (1/19/26) and the staff and especially the lady that greeted me had a smile and a very great personality. The Optometrist was kind and forth coming and got on me after telling him my A1C was high after he found some things going on with my eyes he was very concerned and even lectured me gave me some alternatives that which I didn't want to hear and because I neglected my eyes I needed to hear what he had to say, and with a little more of a concern he told what to do and gave me a year to turn it around for the better of my eye health. I appreciate SVS vision repairing my glasses. Every time I try to order eyeglass cleaning solution packages, they are never available. This is a frequent issue, need to improve on Stocking more products for customers
My husband and I have each been here for glasses and exams many times. They are very personable, helpful and work w our insurance. And our glasses always arrive quickly and are exactly right. We will continue to shop here.
