My mother and I took my two girls to this salon last Saturday, March 12th. We drove all the way from Canton to experience what we consider, a horrible experience. It was my 6 year old’s very FIRST hair salon visit. Prior to, we talked to Stephanie via phone about how we could prepare for the appointment and she wanted to make sure the girls hair was combed out before coming. As a stylist myself in braids, I would never send my children to a salon with matted hair.
