The second time around, the first time I could see the girls were booked and I even had an appointment. Couldn't get in for my nails. Two girls even walked out. Today I had an appointment at 9 am no one was here, waited till 9:10 am then left. My time is valuable. If I had an appointment at 9 you'd better be there at 9 am not two minutes or 10 minutes later. No I will never ever go back. I'm throughly disappointed not once but twice with this company. I will find someone who truly cares about their clients.

Great experience, super nice people, I've gone about 10 times since starting at MSU and won't go anywhere else. I've never had a set turn out bad (I get acrylics and fills) and their prices are much better than other places. The only thing they could change is talking so much in another language around you to other coworkers and they sometimes get a little irritable if you want anything changed. Other than that amazing experience and super cute and clean environment.

This place is a hidden gem in East Lansing . If you want your nails to stay on for 4 weeks , you need to go here . The ladies are friendly and the salon is always clean . This place has saved me money because my nails don't fall off, chip or break . It's worth the trip !
