Spartan Vision Center offers a great experience, with a nice office space and friendly staff. Patients praise the center's great prices and excellent care from doctors like Dr. Roubos, who is very kind, considerate, and passionate. The staff provides excellent customer service with a friendly demeanor and compassionate service, going above and beyond to make sure glasses are satisfactory. The front office staff are also considerate and professional, making patients feel valued and cared for.
The staff was excellent. I was seen promptly. Dr. Roubos was very thorough and explained things no other eye doctor has. It was refreshing to have a interaction in today's world without worrying about an ulterior motive. Since they don't sell anything, you feel like what you are being told is accurate.
My eye exam was amazing, Dr. Roubos was extremely detailed and answers every question I had he also has a great sense of humor. I felt very welcomed the moment I walked through the doors by Emily and Dr. Roubos, Emily was super nice and explained step by step what she was doing during the pre-test. I will definitely be going back and bringing my family in to see them!
