I have had a life-long phobia of the dentist. I’ve been to so many that boast “we cater to cowards”. But they are not especially kind, patient, empathetic, understanding, or skilled enough to be more gentle than the run of the mill dentist. Dr James Mashni was very kind, patient, and showed empathy for my situation. He encouraged me to talk, in a private consultation room, about my dental experiences and concerns without making me feel at all rushed.
