Kind staff, clean office. It would be appreciated if they spent more time in their Mt Pleasant office. I am.impressed that they opened on a Saturday to squeeze in our emergency. The loaner wheelchairs were useful.
Dr. Gordon did a nice job. They did everything they said they were going to do. Definitely give them a try.
I am changing my rating as when I got the final bill. It was not correct. Felt like it was a bait and switch.
Update: the care side of this clinic is very good. They have a number of great providers and the support staff is great too. In the past I have had some issues with the retail side of things and was mainly the reason I only gave them 1 star previously. However it has been some time since I have had to purchase glasses there so I can’t say that I know how that part of this business is anymore. Based on just the level of care I have had for both eye exams and more advanced optical care I think that they are a very good practice. A lot of care providers to fit myriad needs.
