I've been going to Great Clips in Fort Wayne, IN for years but last year moved to the UP of Michigan. I had to go to Lansing to see a dentist and decided to get a hair cut while I was in town. I was very pleased with the entire experience at the East Oak Square location. I checked in online, it was easy to find, and the wait was short. My stylist was Ashley and she did a fantastic job! This was the best haircut I've had at a salon since moving north. I had actually grown a beard over the winter because I was having a hard time getting a haircut I liked so I let things go. Checking in online made things quick and easy. My stylist, Ashley, was welcoming and did a wonderful job and wasn't afraid when I told her to cut off 8+ inches! Very happy with the results and my time there.

I signed in online and was taken right back when I got there. I showed a picture of what I wanted similarly and it was done. Thank you, thank you.
I have a terrible time going to have my hair done because I have problems in busy places this was awesome
