I spoke to a female who scheduled my appointment. I was even on hold as she checked. She told me how much my oil change would be and once I got to the store I was told something completely different. The assistant manager said the call center probably made a mistake. This is second time I was told completely different Price for my oil change. FIRESTONE NO LONGER GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR CUSTOMERS AND FEMALE CUSTOMERS AREN'T TAKEN SERIOUSLY.

Went in to replace my back tires. I let them know that I had a tire that popped in my trunk and asked if they would dispose of it for me and not only did they go in and dispose of the tire but they also reorganized my trunk. An amazing job guys appreciate the hard work.

The staff was friendly and courteous, but I was not given an upfront price. I had called earlier that day to ask the cost and was told they would let me know before doing the service. I wasn’t thinking when I got to the place to ask, primarily because a staff person looked up my account and said something about a complimentary headlight install (he said he was new to the desk area). I was charged $46.87 to install my passenger headlight. Because that seemed like a lot to me, I called the Honda dealership and they told me that I could have purchased a bulb for $13 and they would install it for free or I could bring my own bulb and they would install it for free.
