My family have been patients of Dr. jacobs for going on 25 years. My daughter was only three years old at the time and a VERY difficult case. He has always shown the most care and had the best bed side manner of any Doctor! He not only encouraged her to keep wearing her glasses after being teased at school, but listened to her And her feelings! Over the years he’s become like more of a friend and one of the few doctors who actually knows your name AND case. He is thorough, caring, compassionate and personable! There is literally NO ONE better!!

I have been a patient of Dr Jacobs for over 10yrs. I drive 35 miles one way to keep him as my doctor. His staff Derek, Sue and receptionist they are so very welcoming and very professional and make you feel very comfortable. Dr Jacob's does so well with my eye exams and my eye prescriptions are perfect everytime. He is very professional and kind. Thankyou for all you do.
