I’ve had short hair for about a year and have tried several different stylists, but the results often didn’t match what we discussed at the beginning of the appointment. My experience at Douglas J Aveda Institute was completely different.

This is my second time going to Douglas J. Institute, and both experiences with Malia have been amazing! My first appointment was a complete blonde transformation, and this time she took me brunette, and I absolutely love it! Malia is professional, talented, and has such a great eye for color. She does beautiful highlights, lowlights, all-over color, amazing haircuts, and gives one of the best blowouts. She takes the time to listen to what you want and makes sure you leave feeling confident and happy. Malia be graduating soon, and while I’ll definitely miss seeing her at Douglas J.
