Dr. Lewis is a highly skilled and professional doctor known for his caring approach and thorough explanations. He always takes the time with patients on eye issues and explains things thoroughly. The facility is larger than most, well organized, clean, and very sufficient. The staff and Dr. Lewis were excellent and very professional and friendly. Patients appreciate his ability to address their concerns and make them feel comfortable. Many express gratitude for his surgical expertise, noting successful outcomes. Overall, Dr. Lewis is highly recommended for his dedication to patient care and impressive results.
The pre-op was quite strange. Having my right eye denied after it was ok’d 2.5 years ago. Now I have to go back for a retest. The technician actually held my eyelid open during the test. Did not do that on the left side
Dr Lewis was very nice and friendly. It was easy scheduling. His office was very clean. He was very patient and through. He explained the procedure step by step as he did it. He also explained the after care instructions and followed up on paper. I was in and out within 10 mins. I would definitely refer him.
I am getting the best care at Lo Eye Care and I couldn't be pleased with the great care I am receiving with Dr Lewis and his staff. B4 I saw Dr. Lewis I saw one of your staff members named Felix. He did a fantastic job taking caring for my eyes. He was very friendly and your very lucky to have him on your staff.
