I am very grateful for the time, ingenuity, and expertise it took to prepare and install my new raised septic system. The site was challenging in every way with existing buildings, sidewalk, landscaping and water table. He was very patient with my many questions and concerns and never intimidating. The adjacent area was left tidy and the finished project is beautiful.

I had such a wonderful experience with Leddy Site Development! John and his crew did an excellent job getting my home connected to city sewer and crushing the existing septic tank. Our septic was backing up into the house so they graciously squeezed us in over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. John took the time to understand any concerns of mine, answer all of my questions, and run any changes to the original plan by me first. After getting multiple quotes I chose to go with Leddy Site Development due to their responsiveness, fair pricing, and small town business feel (where they view you as a person and not a dollar sign).
