I've been coming to this office for years since moving to West Michigan. I've certainly had some ups and downs as far as experiences. For quite a while I was solely seeing PA's because you can get in with them basically the same day and they are just as good as any doctor. The front desk staff and nurses here seem to be a revolving door, but the PA's are a familiar face. Recently had a health concern mystery and feel like I was pretty brushed off. After months of symptoms, I was referred out by my Dr, and in contact with the office regarding results for one week. Then I fell off the map and even upon reaching out, still didn't hear back. Their facility is always very clean and nice. Dr O is very cheery and nice to work with. She can really give you the impression that she actually cares about you.

I am a patient of Dr.Angela Oostema I have been with her the better part of 13 years. I come from a family of nurses so not ignorant about medical terminology however I am so bothered by the inability for Dr. Oostema to review charts and remember the reason for a med I am on! after MRI and only because I pushed the fact that a damn x-ray was not enough for a patient who has Facet disease,bulging discs and Arthritis and have been on this med for about 6 months now they don't know why I'm on it !! REALLY ??? can I explain this because for the life of me I can not understand this ongoing battle,the whole thing is a joke but how dare I allow Walgreens automatic refill to refill on day due because I am going to pull a fast one with muscle relaxers ?!!,Thanks for nothing and I mean that with every bit of my spine
