I finally found a dentist who agrees with my belief that I have reached the point in my life that it is not prudent to spend money - and multiple years - to patch my teeth a few at a time. After six decades of dealing with "soft" teeth and having cavities form at the margins of nearly every crown and previous filling, my mouth looks like an embarrassing patch-work quilt. It is now time to pull most of my teeth and get an upper denture and a lower partial. Went to Tower Dental and saw Dr. Hicks. She made a lot of sense on explaining three problem areas with my teeth, and even showed me pictures to further illustrate what the problem/solution was. Also, when attempting to pay, I was told that Delta Dental would cover all the cost. I said that at my previous dentist in Dundee, I always had to pay something. They explained they have a better plan with Delta Dental, which saves me money. I am so glad I switched to Tower Dental.

Again, a very good trip to the dentist. Racheal, my hygienist, is very professional. I had a few questions which were fully explained. She is always a pleasure. Dr Hicks, is and always have been, very polite, professional and makes the patient comfortable. Both my wife and I feel this way. Keep up the great work!
