I have been using Dundee Pediatrics for 13 years...since my son was born. They have always been professional and accommodating, helpful and caring. The staff have given my son excellent care throughout his life from vaccines to whatever illness he needed to be seen for. The waiting room is small and sometimes packed, but they do have a separate waiting room for very ill children. The rooms are very clean and orderly. They have doctor's, nurse practitioners, and PA's and they are all excellent. I highly recommend this practice. I've had nothing but good experiences there with my son.

I’m glad I made this switch. At my daughters old doctors I felt like I always had to put up a fight to get my daughter medicine when she would have an asthma flare up. Here I didn’t even need to ask or inform them that she has asthma because the other doctor read the chart. They are friendly and they make me feel like they really care about my child. When I needed to make an appointment I could of gotten in that same day. The staff is really nice and friendly.

This place is amazing!! Being able to call for sudden symptom and getting my child in within the next 25 minutes after calling is THE BEST customer service and patient care in my book! Thank you for doing what you guys do, caring for your patients in the most empathetic way, squeezing us in literally last minute, you're truly wonderful!
