We had an inspection walk through with Josh and was very pleased with his straight forwardness and professionalism. Josh was very informative with many areas of the house and issues he found both large and small. We were given a report with lots of detail and great pictures. It definitely helped with in the decision process.
Absolutely one of the best inspectors I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Extremely thorough and great at explaining each detail throughout the walkthrough. The report was even more detailed(with pictures/videos) and finished in an extremely timely manner. I can’t recommend this company more if you are looking for a competent and reliable inspection.
