The SWEETEST woman either works here or owns the place. We were staying an Airbnb nearby and needed to wash a couple loads of laundry, and when we came back to pick everything up after it dried we noticed the place was closed because of a power outage. The lovely woman at the desk (at the attached dry cleaners) had both loads neatly folded and wrapped in bags. AND she separated some rocks my son stuck in my pocket from the beach and put them in a little baggie. She was so sweet about it and absolutely made my day. Hope she gets all the business here because she is a gem!

I had a reasonable experience here, all the machinery worked fine, except the change dispense did seem to have a bit of issue taking dollar bills. The detergent dispenser unfortunately ate some quarters, but there was staff there who was refilling the machine a moment after. I understand that it's not easy keeping a business open but I thought 25 cents for every five minutes on the dryer was a little much. My single load wash was $3, which isn't terrible but isn't a good deal. The place was extremely clean though, and the temperature is a bit hot but not sweltering hot. It was more like sleepy warmth.

The self serving side is open 24/7 and it's nice! I like doing my laundry in the night/early morning. Vickie's diner is just a few doors down, and is open from 6am-1pm! Highly recommend.
