Chris, Dustin and Isaiah out of the Lansing store were very respectable, worked effectively and worked hard. One minor issues, Chris told me about right away and set up for the next step. Everything they had to moved, they moved back before the left. Really good company to work with. I would recommend them. From start to finish it was good experience.

I would highly recommend USA Insulation company to anyone needing insulation. Everyone I dealt with were great. Hilary Hamlet came over to give me an estimate and answered any questions I had and gave me a lot of information. She was so nice. Then they sent out Laz, Israel, Colton and Jeff to do the work. They did a fantastic job. I couldn't have asked for a better group of guys to do the work. I have cedar shake on my house and I seen where they put holes to put insulation in and when they were done I couldn't even tell where the holes were. Laz, Israel and Colton arrived right on schedule, went to work and did a great job. They were pleasant and very easy to work with. I could tell the difference made by the new insulation the next morning— makes the sunroom much more pleasant!
