I am so happy we used landscape development after interviewing a couple of other firms. Karen is the BEST to work with—patient, responsive and creative. We are extremely pleased with the design and the final result. Best is the care and cleanup each crew did after EVERY DAYS work. My neighbors were very impressed and I was never left with a mess. We hired Landscape Development to replace an old wood retaining wall with stone, and to replace our large old deck in the backyard with a stone patio, pergola, and smaller deck. They did a beautiful job and we could not be happier with the result. Our project manager, Karen, was a pleasure to work with because she listened, kept us well informed from beginning to end about what to expect, and was always flexible and helpful with ideas and a cooperative spirit, even when unexpected things arose to change the scope of the project. We were consistently impressed with their attention to detail and commitment to exceeding our expectations. Everyone was professional and friendly. We had a big job for them. I’m quite picky and tend to ask a lot of questions. Karen, the design specialist, listened to everything we said and created exactly what we wanted and more. Micheal and the crew worked hard and faster than we expected, they came up with some awesome changes along the way that made things flow even better. They were all incredibly patient and communicated well. We can’t say enough good things about them. Our backyard was transformed into a real oasis. Thank you all so much!! 5 stars for sure.
