I am very happy I stumbled on Jon E Arendsen Designs. I took a stone in to be set. They offered professional and timely advise. I was so happy with my first experience there that I took more items to them. They did beautiful work on everything from repair to setting stones. Everyone there has been very knowledgeable and friendly. I will continue to return to them for professional jewelry services since they have earned my trust very quickly.
We popped in during the middle of the day and requested a resizing while we wait. Hannah was such a professional in every sense of the word. My ring was sized impeccably to the exact size I needed and contains no signs of work being done to it whatsoever. My ring looks amazing! I will be returning to have work done on some of my other pieces. Hannah, you definitely earned our trust that day! Thank you! 👏
