I ordered my mom flowers from Howe’s online for her birthday (all the way from Australia) to be delivered to the school where she works, only to realize afterwards that she was on a field trip that day and would only be at the school for 30 minutes in the morning! I called Howe’s and left a message the night before explaining the situation, asking if there was any way they could deliver the flowers in that half hour window, without much hope (knowing it was a lot to ask). We ordered an arrangement for my sister's retirement. I wanted to use a local business and very happy we did! The arrangement was even nicer than the picture reflected on the web site. Kim also called me because some how the wrong city showed up on the order. I doubt that 1800FLOWERS would have been that thoughtful. Highly recommend them!
Kim was super accommodating and quick to respond to changes in our initial order. The flowers for our wedding were fresh and beautiful and we received several compliments from our guests.
