I appreciate that they keep a record of what the last cut entailed, cuz I can never remember what size guard gets used. I've never had a bad cut no matter which shop I'm in, although I gotta admit I'm not that picky. Still, I've had a home haircut during Covid so it's not like I don't know what a picasso-birdnest haircut is. Compared to that one a cut from Great Clips is nearly perfection. [To my wife if she ever reads this: It wasn't that bad, Sweetie, and I know you did your best. Plus, it grew back so everything worked out great.]

Had 2 kids get there hair done here. 1 we were very pleased with, the other not at all. The older lady with the pink hair completely messed up our 14 year olds hair. Said she was on her feet since 10am and needed a break. I would have rather her take a break before she zipped thru his hair in 5 minutes. Pretty bad when we have to fix his hair after paying for it.

Arrived for my 'call ahead' cut. Told the hairdresser I'd like a V with the back undercut. ( this is what the previous hairdresser called it when I when I described what I'd like done) I explained about the undercut for the back. Had my Mom with me, Didnt notice it then, but when I got home it seems she gave me a reverse undercut and left the under hair longer And layered the back of my hair!. When She asked me if I wanted it layered I said no. A good friend had a similar issue and has moved on. Guess we will be following.that move.Sorry great clips. My tips will be redirected.
