I have been a loyal Baryames Cleaners of Dewitt, customer for many years. What keeps me using their service is not just getting back perfectly clean clothes, it's the company itself. They go out of their way to make sure that their customers are happy. Last week they made a very minor mistake, I didn't complain about it since that was the first error that occurred during my long history with them. Out of the blue, I just got a call from them letting me know that they gave me a credit on my account! My business jackets looked exceptionally clean and were ready rather quickly! I would have given a 5-star rating, but one of my jackets took on a funky fold in the lapel because of how the hangers were nestled together; I'm hoping with time it will relax and look better. All-in-all, I'd definitely recommend Baryames!
