Great Experience! Fletcher & Sara ensured my windows were restored to my liking. They patiently answered all of my many questions. Sara, the site manager, was always responsive and ensured my home was left tidy at the end of each work day. I will be using Windows Diverse Services for my next set of windows to be restored.
Frederick and his team are absolutely wonderful! Scheduling is never an issue, costs are reasonable, and the work is always outstanding. I just hate that they're going to be super swamped now with all this great publicity. Truly are a wonderful crew.
Fantastic family owned business. It's nice they do both small residential and larger commercial jobs. They were communicative every step of the way and made sure the work was completed to the best of their ability. Even went as far as to get a paint sample so that when the frame was repainted it would match the other windows. We had a 80+ year leaded window that needed to be restored and they redid the whole thing and made it able to open and close again (which is impressive considering that this window probably was left unfunctional for decades).
