I would like to acknowledge Gabrielle. She provided one of the most pleasant and professional experiences I’ve had just from a phone interaction alone.
The person who answers the phone for a business can truly make or break the customer experience, and Gabrielle absolutely made it. She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcomed and valued before I even walked through the door. Because of her, I felt confident and excited about my visit.

Krashawn was AWESOME! So kind and caring. I really felt taken care of. She got me right with my gel pedi! Visiting from DC and I wanted a Black owned Salon & a friend recommended The Ten. The vibes are great, complimentary libations an added bonus, and the front desk to the other “artists” were all super friendly. 10/10, 5 stars! Highly recommend!
I highly recommend the ten nail bar. It was my first time there and I called before I arrived hoping to come in as a walk in. The receptionist who answered the phone was extremely kind and helpful she let me know that I could come in same day for a pedicure. When I arrived she was so welcoming and offered me a beverage and guided me to the nail polish area to pick a color. Once I picked my color the nail tech who was to do my pedicure greeted me and guided me to her station. Kiaya did an excellent job on my pedicure, she was thorough and took her time, and polished my nails to perfection.
