I've gone a few times, and all the braiders do a good job. No offense, but all these shops need to work on customer. I don't kno if it's jus because of the community they're serving (Inner city), language barrier, or what. However, professionalism lacks in more areas than one.
Late review but here goes! I got my hair twisted mid back on June 17th. I’ve been coming to Sophia’s for a few years now. This was the best experience I’ve ever had. The lady she has running the shop made my experience and I’m sure a few others great as well. She was patient, polite, and observant . She greeted everyone she saw walk through the door. She knew the order in which everyone she saw came in. I don’t speak her language but I noticed after she would interact with the other ladies about someone’s hair she would take the time to relay it back to them.
