I've been going to Sistah's Braid Too for over 5 years, and I've never left disappointed. It's more than being a client on the schedule, it's becoming family, in which, I look forward to seeing every 6-8 weeks. I had a couple of hiccups with SSB2 and they always made it right. I walked in today for my 8 am appt and was told it was for next Saturday. I did not respond as nicely as I could, but that didn’t stop the owner for working with me. I am sitting in the chair now. I realized I made the mistake not them. That did not keep Jayda from providing excellent service in a very professional manner.
I highly recommend Sistah’s Braid Too. You will not be disappointed with the workmanship, the pleasant environment, and most importantly how they handle their business
Great customer service, knowledgeable beautician, the questions that my beautician Amere asked showed she cared about what I wanted down to every little detail. I'd NEVER been asked those types of questions at any other shop. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Also, when you schedule an appointment they don't have you waiting an additional 30 min or so. They take you right away. There are many other things that I loved but to sum it all up, they do excellent work, I've already booked my next appt and I won't be going anywhere else.
