Do your homework before you visit this hospital! The charges my wife received from DMC for Shoulder X-rays and office visit were more than 200% higher than those of another local hospital ( Henry Ford) that I recently received for basically the same services. I filed a complaint to DMC Sinai-Grace and they basically said that you can't contest charges because they are always comparable! How does this look for comparable DMC $528 vs Henry Ford $179 for complete shoulder x-rays and $266 DMC vs Henry Ford $112 office visit!

EMS said they were taking my 87 yr old dad to Sinai, I asked if they could take him to Beaumont or Henry Ford, but Sinai was the closest. Terrible! No one at the front desk. No guard at the door the ER to let you in to the patient rooms. Had to sit there and wait. They gave him a Covid test, and the nurse kept saying he has a lot of boogers. I kept asking them if they could clean him because he went to the bathroom on himself, from 11pm to around 6am when I left, he still had not been cleaned. It's not fun to go here to be handled with care when getting a IUD and being able to hear the two nurses outside the door snickering and making jokes about your vag. ESPECIALLY AFTER YOU HAD A ABORTION SHAME ON YOU ALL WHO WORK HERE.
