Took my Gucci Ace gym shoes in yesterday because of the sole turning yellow (I made a mistake and used bleach trying to clean them) and got them back today (I paid extra for next day service) and they look just as good as when I purchased them. The soles are back white. I am completely satisfied with the service and outcome of my gym shoe, as well as the attention and care that was shown to my lux item.

I must say that the shoe doctor has been excellent. The quality of work was first but the customer service was first class. I love the fact that didn't stop til they could say they tried all they could do and in the end my problem I created was resolved. I am customer for life and am truly thankful for all that did to help me out.

I am so glad that there is a place like this!!! I have so many shoes, and once they get dirty I usually toss them. I went to the shoe doctor to give them a try because I was tired of wasting hundreds of dollars on shoes. So I brought my Jordan 1s, Nike sbs, and some Jordan 4s. I got the deep clean (32$ Per pair), and I was really shocked on the turnaround( 3 days). I received a text when my shoes were done, which is very professional. I was so happy with how clean they came back. I was nervous at first but I for-sure will be back with more shoes!!Thank you shoe doctor!!(Amazing customer service!)
