IF YOU ARE A GUY AND NEED A HAIRCUT, GO HERE! Sam is an absolute beast and has been cutting hair for over 50 years. He only cuts men’s hair, only uses cash and appointments can only be made over the phone but his service is the best in Detroit. I believe each cut is $20, which is incredibly cheap compared to other places in the area. I honestly cannot reccomend him enough, the quality, service, price and overall vibe was absolutely fantastic. Thanks Sam!
Sam’s Barbershop is a true gem. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, it was an amazing experience. The shop has a classic, traditional barbershop feel with a great setting and atmosphere. Sam is exceptional at what he does. He professional, welcoming, and clearly passionate about his craft. Great music, great service, very affordable, and I left extremely pleased with the result. What a treasure of a place.
Awesome old-time barbershop! It’s actually on the second floor (not the first as some reviews say), and it’s basically appointments only although I was very lucky and stumbled in when there wasn’t an appointment. Great haircut, great Barber, great prices! And some good restaurants on the first floor as well!
