When it comes to our animals, they are our family. I would never treat family or someone I loved the way Dr. Coll treated us. I am honestly saddened and appalled by the experience I had at Harvey Animal Hospital. I brought my two cats in for their initial check up and Dr. Coll noticed that one of my cats had an infection in his ears so she recommended a procedure where he had to be sedated. The procedure was fine but they did not accurately articulate how often he needed to take his medication and how much.
