We had extensive damage to our car because of an accident while our new car was in the care of a valet service. We had issues with the valet company and their insurance company denying they were at fault. Ray Laethem Buick GMC was extremely helpful in navigating the claim, dealing with our insurance company and did an excellent job fixing my car. Communication between the collision department and the dealership in general was excellent. There is a reason we buy or lease our cars through this dealership. From our salesman to the collision shop, it is always seamless. I would highly recommend!
