I really wanted to like this place because it’s so close to home, but unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning. The service was disappointing. The staff didn’t communicate much, and overall, the atmosphere just didn’t feel welcoming. I was charged for an acrylic removal on my big toe, and although I mentioned that it felt extremely sensitive, the technician continued drilling. By the time I got home, half of my toenail had fallen off. I genuinely left feeling scared for my safety.

I’ve only been 2x but both times I’ve left beyond satisfied!! every picture I bring in they bring to life.. my last set from them lasted about 3 weeks, can’t wait to see how long these last.

Great experience from beginning to end. Walked right into a pedicure chair. The pedicurists was very gentle and thorough. She took her time. She did very well. The nail technician was thorough and took her time as well. Suggested a different idea & I actually like it better. I am very happy with my services and will definitely return. I have found my nail home.
