Prior to talking with Michael I thought that my choice of a funeral director was settled until it wasn't. I had been referred to another funeral director by someone that works with that other director and in whom I have confidence. We started this journey using a different well known funeral home closer to home in Southfield. After receiving cold and less than stellar customer service, we made the decision to go with who we knew and trusted, the New McFall Brothers.
