Update: So I met with the owner and his finance dept head, as I walked into the facility it was very professional, and professionally arrange, pleasant and warm, which matched the owner and his finance dept heads attitude.He was very concerned, very professional and Nothing like what it seemed because of the issue I was having,Turns out, it was a matrix system problem, and a not human operational/deliberate issue. it was all straightened out relatively quickly as the problem was found, and I left relieved and satisfied.The owner seems to have a very sober, and realistic attitude about his business, and the proper structure which is hard to find.Five stars to Midpoint...read full review

Renewed my lease with this company for the second time. Anytime I call or have a concern. Taylor or the front desk always answer me in a timely manner. Staff is never Rude or anything I’ve delt with in the past. Thank you so much Midpoint!

I rented a property with Midpoint back in 2017. The first thing was the Agent got over because I wanted to move in on the 1st of April but was told I could not because the house may be gone so I had to pay first and last month rent with a pre-rate as well to find out that I could have moved in on the 1st to avoid the other fees but the agent was greedy. Midpoint was good for 3 years until certain people left the company that's when it went down to me. I have been on the property for 5 years this year and the last two years have been terrible.
