My deep tissue massage was amazing 🤩 I have some pretty tight muscles and very stiff and hard in some areas. No one has ever gotten as deep as Frankie did and it was so needed. He was able to release and loosen up muscles in my body that have been very tight for a long time. I will most definitely book with him again. I live 30 minutes from Meta Physica and I have been coming to their Infrared Saunas for many years now. I would rather travel to them because they have the best Saunas in The Detroit and Metro Detroit Area. Massage & Sauna was the best experience for me. Thank you
I had to cancel my appointment due to a work situation completely out of my control I’m a flight attendant and got held up by my airline, so I physically could not make it in. Despite this, the front desk charged my card anyway. When I asked about it, I was told it was to protect staff wages, which felt inappropriate given the circumstances were completely involuntary on my end.
‼️Update: After I emailed about the situation, the manager, Travis, reviewed it and refunded the charge. He also mentioned revisiting the policy for situations like this going forward.
