Great cleaner. I appreciate their speed and professionalism. I always have a great experience. I have used them for years with no issues. I never had anything altered here. They are skilled at cleaning coats, silk, pleated dresses, etc. I also appreciate that they do not close at 5pm. It is very frustrating when business are only open from 9-5. I don't understand how establishments with these hours stay in biz. Should I use an hour of my vacation time to leave work to pick up dry cleaning? Knox knows what they are doing. My last visit I had 15 pieces of clothing including coats. An employee helped me carry the items out to my car!! Now THAT is SERVICE! It is easy to see...read full review
