I was visiting Detroit from out of state when my phone suddenly bricked. There are very few services and no Apple Store in the downtown area, so having someone come to the hotel, quickly and courteously repair my phone, and charge a reasonable amount was priceless.

Mike was the best possible person I could’ve went to for a repair! He fixed my screen so well looked like it was never even cracked.
