I love it here. Today was my first time (2/22/26). I'll definitely be back. Plenty of things to do. Amenities to try. Beautiful, friendly, professional ppl. Ayanna was my wonderful massage therapist. 50mins isn't long enough but it felt amazing and definitely will help get u thru life lol. She did a awesome job. It hurt so good. Gentle but tough on the right spots. 10/10. I was nervous about those hot stones but boy did she make my mind at ease. My body was so relaxed. & who doesn't love a facial! Great day of relaxation. So peaceful so jen. Hearing the waterfall is such a shift. The jacuzzi area need more space to hang/leave your belongings! 4 hooks is not enough when you know it's a spa for multiple ppl. It was already 4 ppl there when i got in. And the floor is wet so the could add shelves. The locker room not spacious enough. Ppl kept saying excuse me to pass one another! Wish i know id have access to the gym. I would've bought more clothes & did a work out 1st.

Went for a Galentine Day at the spa. There were a few big groups. This spa was poorly prepared. The dressing rooms are so small. No room to unrobe comfortably. The spa was so cold it was hard to relax. Not enough staff to help orient you. My massage was good. But as for the whole experience, I didn't feel zen at all. Doubt I'd return. But if you are staying there or in the area, worth it. I wouldn't travel for it.

This was my first time here and I wasn't disappointed. Based on previous reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect. They are doing some renovations so, some things weren't up to par. The steam room wasn't available. We were taken to the locker room where the robes & shoes were. Changed and wait in the area until you're called. The couples room is still separate spaces (which I like). You can choose an essential oil for the room & your massage. 50 was good. They don't offer 80 mins for couples, but that would have been better. They have a rather big 4 foot heated. They also have a hot tub. The facilities were clean. Overall, I was pleased with my massage. I will definitely come back.
