This is the least convenient therapy office location I’ve been to. First, I parked in the Z Park Garage, as suggested, then I wandered around these intersections looking for signage for H3. I missed the 1’x2’ decal on the door of 1300 broadway, distracted by all the windows on the first floor FULL of decals for the Peach Cobbler Factory. Eventually, someone answered the phone and gave me better instructions to arrive, failing to mention that you cannot use the inside doors or elevator without someone buzzing you in/up. This felt very strange, as did arriving to the empty 4th floor & being greeted by a man who addressed me by name. It seems there’s no reception...read full review
avoid at all cost. I changed my health benefits through my employer to lower my co-pay. problem is, instead of billing you, they keep your card on file. I was billed $86 extra twice. I caught it after the second appointment in the new year. i managed to finally get refunded through Aetna. then in March, I got charged twice for $174. that number has nothing to do with the old $126 co-pay or the new $40 co-pay. a bunch of scammers and the company doesn't use a real accountant. do not use those crooks.
At first I was very excited to start here and the TMS treatment. The person who gave me the treatments was amazing. The only issue was they were the only one to do the treatments so if their was an issue which is expected we all can be 100% there for work as much as corporate America would suggest we should be. My biggest issue is the non response from the staff. Several times I was told I would be contacted about talk therapy and it took over a month to hear anything and by then I felt I could not trust them. Once TMS was over Spravato was the next plan. Again a huge lack of communication followed and when there was it was confusing. My medication manager was good however again when told I would have this test to take and took the time off the Doctor I spoke to was confused and seemed annoyed having to deal with me and I had to explain to her why the appointment was set up. This turned out not to be the test she was just doing the intake for it. I was told I would hear back in 1 to 2 days for the test schedule but it took over a week. I said no thank you and both my insurance company and I were charged for the test that was never taken. Trying to contact them about one of my meds not being filled and running out took 3 days to get a response. I had to call, text, and email to get a response. BTW no one ever answers the phone no matter what time you call. Dealing with depression is difficult coupled with lack or response from the caregiver is distressing and for those in a bad state could lead to horrible consequences. Luckily for myself I am well enough to self advocate and moved on to another caregiver. Please reconsider your choice if you try here you are worth more than they show you. You deserve the best care possible and THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR THAT. I cannot express enough to advocate for yourself you deserve the best.
