Dr. Rao is an excellent OBGYN specialist! This was my first time seeing him and I was a little apprehensive about seeing a new OBGYN doctor, but Dr. Rao made me feel comfortable within a few minutes of meeting him. He is very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and gentle. He actively listened to my questions and concerns, and fully answered each one. He explained each procedure before preforming it, and I felt completely satisfied with this Dr.appointment. I will go back to him and definitely recommend him to friends and anyone needing a good OBGN!
Both doctor purkal and Hartzell were amazing. Nursing staff was phenominal. Resident i had durring the delivery amazing. Resident i seen in triage was absolutly horrible and tried to send be home not listening to my concerns. I had my baby 4 hours after she suggested i go home with having contractions 3 min apart because i was not dilating and was stuck at a 3 in severe pain. All in all i love my Obgyn and will continue to recommend him and the practice for all Obgyn needs.
