Amazing practice ? Heidelberg Dermatology is such an answered prayer. From the moment I walked in needing to make an appointment ASAP to actually being seen: the kindness, patience and professionalism in which I was treated at each point demonstrated this practice's culture of excellent service and high value of all patients. I also love the legacy of Heidelberg Dermatology which has been a staple in the city for over 50 years. Not to mention the cleanliness & designed facility throughout. I don't know how I never knew about this hidden gem in our city but I *HIGHLY* recommend Detroit's Heidelberg Dermatology to anyone seeking a high quality specialist... read full review
Great doctors & staff. They came highly recommended and they didn't disappoint.
I saw Carla Scott for my follow visit. She consulted with Dr. Heidelberg and they both were spot on of what my situation was. Reviewed. Discussed. Ready for Treatment.
The only reason why I didn’t rate higher is because of the front office clerk carried an attitude as if he didn’t want to be at work….no smile, just “Last name”! The Medical Asst & Doctor were friendly & professional. The doctor was helpful and thorough with her observation.
