Basement utility drain had been slow since we moved in 2 years ago. Finally called. Tech pulled out a significant root mass that had grown into the line over time. Drain is flowing completely now.

Floor drain backs up every couple of springs from the snowmelt. This was the 4th year I've called Gamble for it. Same experience each time: on time, quick clear, fair price. That consistency is exactly why I don't bother calling anyone else.
