Called Gamble because they've been in business since 1967 and the plumbing in our house dates to the same era. That institutional knowledge of Detroit-area infrastructure seemed relevant. The technician confirmed why that reputation is earned.
Water jetting cleared years of grease buildup in a way cabling alone had never managed. Before and after camera footage made the difference obvious. Tech explained why jetting outperforms cabling on grease. Has not slowed since.
Sump pump failed during a period of heavy snowmelt and the basement took on water before we caught it. Gamble replaced the pump same day. Tech also cleared a partial blockage in the discharge line that had been restricting the pump's output while he was there.
