I called to set up an appointment to have my A/C checked out as it was not working. A nice lady answered the phone and asked for the property address, my name, my phone number and my email address. She said somebody would be calling me shortly to set up an appointment. Within minutes of hanging up with her my phone started ringing - it was Sears Home Repair. They've been calling 3 or 4 times a day now. Emails started popping up from odd repair companies stating they were "trusted partners" etc. Nobody from 5 Star ever called me to set up an appointment.
