This is not your standard gym. I enjoy coming in and I look forward to the workouts everyday! I love the variety of exercises and you work at your own pace, though the encouragement from the trainers to push yourself a bit further out of your comfort zone is always a plus. Would highly recommend!!

Love F45 Midtown. Great location and great coaches. I have been going for about 2 months now and I always look forward to the 5pm class to decompress after work. It’s the only workout I have been able to keep up with consistently because I enjoy it so much!

I'm one month in to my F45 membership and I couldn't be happier. Every workout is so different (and challenging) and the coaches and community are so welcoming and fun. My only wish is that I'd started sooner!
