Unprofessional and unorganized. Took off work to get an appointment, waited 45 mins on the phone because the “therapist” did not know how to work the system just to be advised that I’m unable to be seen because I don’t have Medicaid and needed a licensed therapist…why is anybody helping ppl that’s not licensed? I do not recommend this place to anybody a complete waste of time

Do not go to the Team Wellness Russell location especially if you are neurodivergent with sensory issues. The shiny, black and white checkerboard floor, bright lighting and loud talking will cause overstimulation and dysregulation. I do not have an issue with the support staff. There is both a leadership problem and a systemic problem. The provider I saw is highly educated but does not have the gift of healing, does not respect the patients and is only there for a paycheck. If you have a choice, do not go there! You deserve better than substandard care and disrespect. I have gone to the Mt. Elliott and Mack location for over 2 years. I have NEVER seen so many PAID NON-WORKING INDIVIDUALS in my life. This is sad seeing all these patients with some sort of an illness mainly mental all in one room waiting hours with the so called staff sitting at the desk watching videos on the desktop, with a total of 1, YES ONE doctor on site. If I was the state I'd shut it down and rehire a new crew 💯
