DMC Grand River Health Center is known for its professional and caring staff, from office personnel to doctors. Patients praise the doctors, particularly Dr. Gibson, for being super nice and having wonderful staff. However, some visitors have experienced long wait times, with appointments often running over an hour behind schedule. Despite this, the facility's doctors are well-regarded, and patients appreciate their care.
Been going there over 19 years yes you wait but you get quality care. If you have the patience I am lucky to have had Dr Treece for my doctor and I’ve had some of his students and I haven’t had any kind of problems.
Dr. Gibson is an outstanding OBGYN. She is knowledgeable, professional, has an excellent bedside manner, and knows exactly how to make her patients feel comfortable. She has a great sense of humor, is always timely, and takes the time to answer questions without making you feel rushed.
Dr. Gibson’s office is truly one of a kind—I don’t plan on going anywhere else. I specifically wanted an African American OBGYN who was both highly professional and personable, and she exceeded every expectation.

Christina and Dr. Gibson made me feel so comfortable for my first appointment here! I came in with nerves and discomfort but left feeling calm. Christina is a great listener and has great insight into the concerns of patients. Dr. Gibson also does everything swiftly and efficiently, while making you feel comfortable and conversing with you.
